All transactions on this website are in South African Rands (ZAR).
Order Processing
Your order will not be processed until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to ensure that we have sufficient stock availability, however we do not guarantee that we will always have stock of every item ordered. Should any item be out of stock, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund.
Delivery
We endeavour to ensure that all orders are processed timeously and are delivered within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of payment. This, however, depends on stock availability and on the performance of the outsourced courier services. All orders not delivered in 2 (two) weeks will be refunded.
Orders sent to Post Office Boxes
We do not deliver to a PO Box.
Please ensure that you supply us with a physical address when placing your order.
Orders outside South Africa
We unfortunately are not able to process orders of physical products outside of South Africa on this website.

Refund Policy
We regret we are unable to exchange or refund delivered stock.

We have 2 (two) payment options.
Payment option 1: Credit Card payment:
We accept all credit cards.
All transactions are processed through Pay Fast.
At no stage do we have access to your credit card details.
Payment option 2: Direct Deposit or, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
Select the Direct Deposit or,
Electronic Transfer payment method after you have completed and confirmed your order.
On receipt of your order confirmation, you will receive our banking details and your invoice number. Use these banking details to either make a direct deposit into our account from your bank or to make an Electronic Funds Transfer via internet banking. Please remember to use your invoice number as your reference for your payment.
Please email or fax a copy of your payment confirmation to us so that we can commence processing your order, as direct bank deposits and EFT’s can take up to 2-3 (two to three) days to reflect on our bank statements. Please see our contact details below.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are at our discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time and will always be subject to stock availability.

Gheia Health is concerned about and is committed to facilitating each Client’s optimum wellbeing.
The Client agrees that, in terms of all applicable Consumer Rights/Legislation Provisions, he/she has been fully and diligently informed about, and fully understands all essential aspects relating to the Gheia Health Regime that he/she has agreed to purchase.
The Client also agrees and accepts that: Gheia Health shall make all reasonable endeavors and actions to ensure full and excellent Client care but, to ensure Diet efficacy and excellent service, Gheia Health reasonably requires that each Client also fully understands that: By agreeing to commence his/her Gheid Rapid Loss Diet by having submitted the required information, and by having made payment, he/she agrees to full compliance, without exception, deviation or, omission, to the following terms and conditions before, during and after treatment on a Gheia Diet:
This in turn, requires that the Client understands and agrees that he/she:
1) Is of legal age and if not, has the full legal consent and support of an applicable legal guardian.
2) Confirms that Gheia Health views each Client’s Family Doctor or, GP as their primary health-care provider and that he/she is to be consulted by the Client in the event of any health/dietary/lifestyle regime changes.
3) Confirms that he/she shall diligently consult with his/her Family Doctor or, GP in the event of any adjustments to prescribed medications and all related regimes for the duration of his/her Gheia Health Diet.
4) Accepts that while Gheia Health Diets are a healthy intervention for an improved lifestyle regime which, as indicated, has proven scientific efficacy and benefits, they are not a “cure-all” for all ailments/conditions and that any specific medical/health profile issues must be addressed by his/her Family Doctor or, GP.
5) Shall at all times comply with and not infringe upon any of Gheia Health’s Intellectual Property Rights including all copyrights and as such shall not: Copy, share, transmit, misuse, in any shape, manner or form, any materials including Documents, E-Books, Website Contents and related Client-care Processes, which, in such an event, shall result in legal prosecution.
6) Shall adhere to his/her specific Gheia Diet including Rules, Eating Plan and Wellbeing Prescriptions (if applicable) without any deviation or, omission whatsoever.
7) Fully understands that his/her Gheia Diet has been specifically created according to his/her own Personal Profile and Diagnostic Data and as such, may not be shared, as it is not suitable or, safe or, precise for any other individuals and that, with such improper conduct, the risk of severe health consequences, legal prosecution and litigation is high.
8) Shall at all times retain the right to accept/deny Gheia Health’s use of his/her profile and personal photographs for research, marketing and promotion events and that: Gheia Health shall in all such events, request prior express written permission from the Client for any such use.
9) Accepts that while presentations of average weight-loss rates may be indicated as guidance, this does not constitute a guarantee in any shape, manner or form as all weight-loss is subject to numerous individual, scientific, profile and environmental variables, actual Gheia Health Treatment Terms and Conditions compliance, and full adherence to their specific Gheia Health Diet Regime without any exception or, omission.
10) Accepts that the Gheia Health is a treatment regime developed in good faith and with all due diligence specifically for him/her in the form of an Eating Plan and that, once processed, no refunds of any amounts paid by the Client, shall be made under any circumstances.
10) Fully agrees and accepts that Gheia Health cannot be held liable or responsible in any shape, manner or form should any of these terms and conditions not be met or, not occur.
11) Agrees that these Gheia Health Treatment Terms and Conditions may be upgraded/amended from time to time and that those effective and applicable to all will always be available at the website: www.gheiahealth.co.za.
12) Understands and agrees that in all events and instances, Gheia Health reserves all its rights.
